This solution doesn’t involve compromise of any kind: the Veritas V2.3WM in-wall speaker.

The V23WM has all the great stuff we put in our cabinet speakers, like two 6.5-inch faceted cone Dual Hyperdrive woofers for booming bass. It also includes the heart of many of our Veritas series speakers—the Convergent Source Module— for super-accurate midrange and highs that make your hair stand on end. The only thing they don’t have is a cabinet—proving that not seeing is believing, too.
